40% Low-Temperature Impact Resistant Nylon 6 (40% Impact Modified PA6) is an extremely high-toughness, cold-resistant nylon material designed specifically for low-temperature environments. Enhanced with the highest level of impact modifiers, it provides exceptional toughness, effectively addressing brittleness in plastics under cold conditions. Additionally, it offers superior surface reinforcement, reducing fiber floatation and improving surface smoothness during injection molding, significantly enhancing the appearance of finished products.

PA6 40% Impact Resistant material utilizes the highest proportion of impact modifiers to further improve impact strength, crack resistance, and dimensional stability. It is suitable for applications such as automotive parts, outdoor equipment components, stroller accessories, and household items requiring excellent elasticity and strength. Its low moisture absorption ensures stable performance in humid environments, meeting diverse engineering plastic application needs.
