15% Low-Temperature Impact Resistant Nylon 6

Product Overview

15% Low-Temperature Impact Resistant Nylon 6 (15% Impact Modified PA6) is a high-toughness, cold-resistant material designed specifically for low-temperature applications. This nylon is reinforced with an advanced impact modifier to provide superior toughness, effectively addressing brittleness in plastics under cold conditions. It also features excellent surface reinforcement, minimizing fiber floatation and improving surface smoothness during injection molding, which significantly enhances the finished product's aesthetic quality.

PA6 15% Impact Resistant material utilizes impact modifiers to further enhance impact strength, crack resistance, and dimensional stability. It is suitable for medical equipment, sports gear, outdoor equipment parts, stroller accessories, and household items requiring moderate elasticity and strength. Its low moisture absorption ensures stable performance in humid environments, making it ideal for a wide range of engineering plastic applications.
