40% Low-Temperature Impact-Modified Nylon 66
Product Overview
40% Low-Temperature Impact-Modified Nylon 66 (40% Impact Modified PA66) is an ultra-tough, cold-resistant nylon material designed for harsh environments and extreme applications. Reinforced with a high proportion of impact modifiers, it delivers excellent impact resistance, improved dimensional stability, and reduces warpage during injection molding, while maintaining superior performance in humid conditions.
PA66 40% Impact-Modified material is suitable for sports equipment, outdoor gear, and medical devices that demand high strength, toughness, and rigidity, meeting stringent requirements for engineering plastics.
Applications
40% Low-Temperature Impact-Modified Nylon 66 is widely used in automotive, electronics, and medical equipment industries:
-
Medical Devices: Such as surgical chair components, assistive tools, and medical case housings, capable of withstanding extreme impact strength.
-
Outdoor Equipment: Such as climbing buckles, tent connectors, and outdoor housings, providing reliable support in extreme environments.
