15% Low-Temperature Impact-Modified Nylon 66
Product Overview
15% Low-Temperature Impact-Modified Nylon 66 (15% Impact Modified PA66) is a high-toughness, cold-resistant nylon material with excellent impact resistance and rigidity balance, designed for applications in low-temperature environments. This material is enhanced with an impact modifier to effectively resolve brittleness at low temperatures and reduce warpage during the injection molding process. Additionally, it provides good surface reinforcement, resulting in smoother and more aesthetically pleasing finished products.
The PA66 15% impact-modified material improves impact resistance while maintaining the high thermal stability and rigidity of Nylon 66, making it suitable for diverse applications such as medical devices, sports equipment, automotive structural parts, and outdoor equipment.
